For $8.95 we got a cd with a course outline, flash cards, short form Q&A's and 50 cases to brief. The cd also has two MP3 files. One is a lecture on offer and the other is a lecture on memorization skills for exam writing. It also has a skill development course to assist you in exam writing. It covers the topic area of offer in contract law.

Influence is recommended in the course as part of how to learn to think like an attorney. We learned more about being an attorney by reading that book than we did in spending all that time in law school and a lot of time in practice. It is a must and we have been given permission to repeat that advice for free from the course. If you are serious about being an attorney you must read Influence.
